How should I pack the return gearbox?

The broken gearbox must be drained of oil and then fixed on the pallet you received from us (or any other pallet measuring 80x60cm).

My broken gearbox was taken apart for inspection. Do I have to put it back before shipping it?

There's no need. One day we will take it apart anyway. You can ship it as it is as long as there are no pieces missing.

How much will you pay me for the broken gearbox?

The cashback amount varies depending on the model and is always specified on the product page.

Do I really have to return my old gearbox?

There is no such obligation. You just won't get any cashback in this case. But with you old gearbox you can make a coffee table. Or a wash basin. Or both.

When do I need to change the oil?

The oil for the first filling you will receive from us together with the gearbox. After the first 1000 km it should be replaced with the appropriate one recommended by the manufacturer. Next changes as per the instructions (usually every 60,000 km)
